Martha couldn’t believe she was in this situation. Since meeting the Winchesters she had gone through a lot of things that go beyond the imagination. She had even found love when she started dating Sam. However, she never expected this. The three of them were in a bar and Dean had signed her up to do karaoke. Martha knew she was a horrible singer and that she was somehow going to get back at Dean for this. Thankfully he had left it up to her to pick the song. Looking through the selection she picks one that she thinks is not too hard. Nervously, she walks onto the stage and up to the microphone. The music begins and Martha starts to sing.

And I guess right now, here’s another one

So your melody will play on and on, with the best of ‘em

 

Since no one is booing or yelling at her to get off the stage Martha gains confidence. She looks straight at Sam for this part.

Now Martha is getting into the song. She sees Sam’s eyes light up as he stares at her.

Martha knows that that part of the song will resonate with Sam. He has saved her life multiple times from the monsters they hunt. Martha knows that that is not the only way Sam has saved her and she hopes Sam gets that.

Martha feels a little shaky about the next part. There is a high part that she is not sure she will be able to pull off.

Surprisingly, she nails the high part. Martha is now beaming with confidence as she sings the last part of the song.

Getting down from the stage the people in the bar applaud. She walks back over to where Sam and Dean still are. When she gets there Sam gathers her up in his arms and give her a hug. Putting her down, he bends over and gives her a big kiss. “Keep it PG-13 guys we’re in a public place,” Dean interrupts. Sam let’s her go but still keeps her in his arms.

Menacingly looking over at Dean, Martha says, “Now it’s time for revenge and this time I pick the song for you.”

 

I don’t own Supernatural or this song or anything in this chapter. This song was originally sung by Selena Gomez. I am putting this story on hold to focus on my other ones. Sorry if that makes you unhappy.
